Deputy Head of Compliance

Currently recruiting on behalf of an International Asset Management firm, for an experienced Compliance professional to join their London Office. You should ideally have prior experience within Asset or Investment Management, and will get the opportunity to progress quickly, with a view to taking on the role of UK Head of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities;

• Manage the compliance framework for the UK business including developing policy and procedure
• Take responsibility for Marketing Oversight
• Ensure SMCR is administered and managed effectively
• Take ownership of AML and Financial Crime, including due diligence
• Act in an advisory capacity to the Investment teams

Key Experience;

• Previous experience within Investment Management
• Experience working in Compliance or Financial Crime
• Good knowledge of relevant regulation including MiFID, SMCR and COBS
• Highly self motivated and autonomous
• Practical technology skills
