Finance Manager

£375-£425/day

Altum Consulting are partnering with an international high street retail chain company to recruit an Interim Finance Manager in FP&A. This is for an initial 3 months, with the possibility of extending up to 6 months, to cover whilst a permeant recruitment process takes place. This role is paying £375-£425/day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operationally lead the budgeting and forecasting process and consolidation reporting, managing full P&L for EMEA markets
• Partner with the commercial teams to managing key partner life cycles and contract performance and, to drive solutions to ensure delivery of projected business plans
• Lead the analysis of complex data, FP&A and supply chain data to assist commercial teams to develop growth strategies through to execution
• Provide strong technical leadership, implementing and sharing best practices
• Partner with the wider Consumer Products FP&A team to ensure continuous process improvements - streamline and build efficient and effective processes (financial & operational)
• Prepare materials for frequent senior leadership updates/presentations
• Input into system enhancement discussions and priorities
• Lead and support ad hoc projects, as requested

You'll be/have:

• A Qualified Accountant (ACA/CA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Available immediately/short notice period
• Extensive experience in global FP&A in a fast paced, ambitious, and multinational environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills - confidence & presence to interact with, and occasionally present to, senior executives
• Supply chain and/or tender analysis preferable
• Experience with financial and planning systems
• Strong and detailed financial modelling experience, with advanced Excel skills
• Advanced PowerPoint skill.
