The Recruitment Co are currently looking for a Part Time Payroll Assistant to start as soon as possible for a position based near the Glasgow City Centre.

As a Payroll Administrator you will be primarily responsible for assisting with the administration and processing of payrolls. You will work closely with clients and be committed to providing an exceptional payroll bureau service.

Key Duties/Tasks

Full end to end payroll for multiple company payrolls
Produce and process payslips, P45 and P60 forms for employees
Calculate any statutory pay - SSP/SMP/SPP and any holiday pay
Starters, leavers and payroll changes processing
Administering Court Orders and Student Loans.
Liaising directly with clients on payroll related queries
Submitting weekly and monthly RTI's
Pensions - knowledge of the AE process and pension upload to pension provider website.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience

1- 2 years payroll bureau experience.
Up to date knowledge of current payroll legislation and confidence in using payroll
software, in particular Brightpay and Payroll Manager.
Good IT skills - Word and Excel are essential.
Ability to organise own work and prioritise tasks.
Good numeracy skills.
Demonstrate attention to detail.x
Ability to communicate at all levels
Understanding of payroll deadlines & requirements
Ability to work on own & within part of a teamWorking hours are flexible and rate of pay DOE.
