JOB TITLE: Presentation Specialist
DURATION: Ongoing
LOCATION: London
HOURS: Monday-Friday 16:00-00:00 or 12:00-20:00
PAY: £21 per hour

The Role

The role requires the individual to split the resource between operational and workflow in line with requirement. The role will involve working as part of a team on the front desk, liaising closely with clients to effectively manage the workflow during peak volume submissions, taking job specifications ensuring a thorough pre-flight of the request taking a consultative approach and treating each request uniquely, ensuring accurate billing information is captured and passing the work to the teams. To liaise with bankers in a professional and helpful manner at all times. Operationally you will own and take responsibility for the work in terms of the final product e.g. consistency, deadline management, accuracy and quality in accordance with the Bank template and corporate guidelines. To liaise directly with the Shift Manager on a regular basis to give updates on workflow, deadlines and issues. Develop effective working relationships with clients and colleagues to promote a strong working team.

Responsibilities (not limited to)

Accurate and timely production of all Presentations materials
Ensure all work is quality checked before being returned to the client
Ensure complete submission of work to be randomly quality checked
Adherence of department policies and procedures
Reporting of any issues to relevant parties
To take ownership for the quality of your work and the associated deadlines
Take job specifications effectively using planning and negotiating skills to agree achievable deadlines
Capture all necessary information from the client including accurate billing information
Appropriate allocation of production work to staff and monitoring of ongoing production statusThe Candidate

Self-motivated, ability to think on the spot
Experience of working in a corporate culture
Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure
Continual improvement mentality, open and receptive to feedback
Should be a quick learner, able to pick up skills relevant to the service needs
The candidate must have advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
