Our client in Princes Risborough are seeking an experienced sales person to join their team as a Customer Account Manager.
Duties;
* Maintain all aspects of customer service
* Responsible for loafing and managing customer quotation requests
* Achieve a fast and accurate turnaround on all sales quotations
* Responsible for following up on all quotations
* Schedule and manage customer orders and create invoices
* Ensure goods and services are delivered to meet customers needs
* Work with the purchasing team to keep customers informed of any changes to their orders
* Keep in contact with all customers on a regular basis, to gain an understanding of customer requirements and grow relationships
* Provide accurate advice to customers
* Process shipments with forwarders and carriers as required
* Measure and report customer quotation and order intake performance
* Add and maintain accurate records on company database
* May be required to carry out domestic and international travel
Skills and Experience
* Experience in sales, ideally coming from an internal account manager position
* Experience in account management is essential
* Experience in new business development would be a bonus
* Target driven
* Be able to communicate effectively at all levels
* High level of attention to detail
This is a temporary position and we are looking for a candidate who is available for an immediate start.
Salary £14 per hour (£27,300 per year)
Working Hours 7.45 - 16.15 Monday - Thursday, 12.45 finish on Friday
