Interim Finance Manager

RM Recruit are working in partnership with our Worcestershire based Housing Association client to recruit an Interim Finance Manager for circa 6 months. This role is key in working closely with the CFO whilst managing a small finance team.

Main duties include:

• Producing management accounts
• Business partnering with wider operations teams and ensuring accurate information is reported to Board
• Managing a small team of finance staff
• Assistance with producing year - end accounts
• Setting annual budgets and ongoing budget monitoring
• Forecasting for the wider organisation
• Liaising with budget holders and providing key information so key decisions can be accurately made.
• Maintaining finance systems
• Ensuring the team hit targets, objectives and KPI's
• Quarterly budgeting and forecasting
• Business partnering with non finance stakeholders

As the ideal candidate, you will be possess relevant experience within an Housing Association setting however, candidates from the wider Third Sector including those from industry will certainly be considered. You will be immediately available / available at short notice and work predominantly at their offices with some home working to be offered following the handover process.
