LTA / Reed Education are seeking an Office Manager to provide support to a Primary School in the Nelson area. This new office manager role is a part-time temporary position covering 5 mornings per week, from 08:00-12:00. This role is starting in September 2022 and then is on an ongoing basis for the right candidate. This role has the potential to go Permanent for the right candidate.

This role should ideally appeal to candidates who have a working knowledge of school systems.

Candidates who have no prior school-based experience, but have previously completed a similar role, are also encouraged to apply for the role.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications, experience and attributes:• A very high standard of communication skills, accurate use of spelling and grammar• Experience of working in a school office or similar setting.• Experience with using school administrative and financial systems, E.g. SIMS• Commitment to professional development and a keenness to learn• Hardworking and flexible, and able to use their initiative• Have the ability to develop good relationships with children and adults• Commitment to Safeguarding
