The Company: Our client are a SaaS organisation who help companies across the globe to leverage space utilisation data in order to create secure workspaces. Our client are a global organisation who bolster an exciting portfolio of clients that include the likes of Dominos, NHS England and Coca Cola. The company have seen 300% grow YOY and are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to continue growing. This Content Marketing Manager role is an integral position in the business to support business objectives being hit. This is for someone that has the strategic nous and desire to get their hands-dirty and build the first commercial marketing function for the business.

The role of Content Marketing Manager:

This brand-new role will be part of a newly built marketing function. Reporting to the Head of Marketing this role will become our client's in house digital content producer. Our client are looking for someone who wants to put their own brand and stamp on the way that they communicate.

Examples of the type of objectives that will be associated to this role will include: Quantity of articles created, quality of articles created, website and social media traffic numbers, google page ranking and back-links secured.

The Content Marketing Manager sits in the marketing department and will therefore be responsible for building an annual content calendar that will support campaign activity to acquire new clients globally.

If you have solid B2B content marketing experience , where you have written content for a tech/SaaS business then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities for the position of Content Marketing Manager:
  • Research, create, write, edit, and update content assets across various content streams. You'll work on blog posts, case studies, ads copy, landing pages, etc.
  • Plan, organise and host our webinar programme that will be used to engage new and existing clients
  • You will be the voice of the business in social media by crafting great social media posts that drive traffic, generate engagement, and build community with developers and engineers.
  • Produce written content for a variety of media: web copy, blog posts, sales collateral, case studies, infographics, email campaigns, online ads, social media etc Independently determine new topics we could write about as well as opportunities to repurpose existing content, based on research and SEO best practices.
  • Analyse key metrics of content marketing and suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Support targeted 1:few and 1:1 account-based marketing campaigns across relevant online channels

To be considered for this role you must have:
  • A degree in Journalism, English, Marketing or related field
  • 4+ years' experience in a B2B commercial content marketing role
  • Worked in the Tech/SaaS industry
  • Written content across multiple forms
  • Experience in working with external industry specialists to create content pieces
  • Experience working on marketing campaigns that are informed by engaging content

The Package for Content Marketing Manager:
  • Salary: £50,000-60,000
  • Fully Remote role

Location: The position of Digital Content Producer will be based in Central London.
