LONDON
The role as the Customer & Marketing Analytics Lead will be working both globally and regionally whilst leading a team to provide this company in-depth analysis on customer behaviour, looking specifically across both their online and retail environments.
THE COMPANY
The successful Customer & Marketing Analytics Lead will be working for a global skincare brand with extremely flexible working. This company wishes to increase their understanding of its customer's behaviour through in-depth analysis, learning about customer interactions at multiple touchpoints. They're looking for this person to centralise their global analytics function in London!
THE ROLE
As the Customer & Marketing Analytics Lead, you will be looking at customer engagement throughout both the retail and online areas of the business whilst being responsible for identifying channel-specific customer trends. Your team will be building CRM strategies and will be working with the Global and Regional CRM teams to implement and deliver strategies derived from meaningful insight.

More specifically, in this role you can expect to be doing the following:
- Benchmarking for how customer data is used and manipulated
- Creation of customer-related KPI's, setting success metrics for your team
- Hiring, centralising and growing the London team
- Leading analysts who will be evaluating both post-campaign and post-launch campaigns
- Leading analysts focused around behavioural modelling and segmentation analysis
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Customer & Marketing Analytics Lead will have the following skills and experience:
- Advanced skills in both SQL
- Experience leading a team across customer or marketing analytics; ideally who have built Propensity and Churn models, desirably in a retail environment using R/Python
- Shown experience visualising data using Tableau (or similar, e.g. Power BI, Looker)
- Excellent communication skills, with strong ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team effectively
- Fantastic stakeholder skills
