Service Desk Analyst
Fruition IT are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst with proven experience at a 1st and 2nd line level. We are working with a multinational client looking for an excellent Service Desk Analyst to join a team of experts supporting key business functions throughout a key period for the company.
Location: Hammersmith (On Site)
Duration: 3 Months Initially
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £200 - £250 per day (Inside IR35)To be suitable for this role you must have:
Proven experience in a 1st and 2nd line support role
Experience supporting Exchange, Active Directory, Outlook, Windows Server
Experience setting up Microsoft Windows 10 and Apple Mac devices
Create laptops - install software and image (SCCM)
Support onboarding process and troubleshooting during user migration activities
