Role - Purchase Ledger - Temp

My client is on the market for an experienced Purchase Ledger to join their team ASAP. This is a temp role 1-2 months with a great chance to go permanent. This is a Full time in office role. Should the role go perm after 10 weeks the Purchase Ledger role will move into a Hybrid model with 3 days working from home and 2 days in office.

Working Hours : Monday - Friday 9-5.30

Main Duties:• Match and process supplier invoices against purchase orders.• Process travel and expense reports in line with policy.• Supplier statement reconciliations.• Process intercompany invoices.• Chase and drive invoice approval.• Other adhoc AP duties as required.

Skills/Experience:• Purchase Ledger experience.• Experience of Purchase order system.• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to follow through on multiple tasks at any one time.• Ability to resolve issues on a timely basis.• Intermediate excel skills.
