Hampton Gardens is an 11-19 free school which opened in September 2017 to an initial intake of 180 Year 7 students. When full, the school will accommodate 1200 students in years 7-11 and 300 students in Sixth Form. Hampton Gardens is part of the Hampton Academies Trust who also run the highly successful and popular Hampton College all-through school, Hampton Lakes Primary School and Dogsthorpe Infant School. HAT schools have very close links and some shared staff.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Team Leader to join our growing office team.

We are looking for an experienced and well-qualified administrator to lead, manage and develop the Administration Team, alongside supporting the current Administration Manager & PA to the Head of School. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills, and be able to maintain a timely and effective administrative support service to the school. This is a relatively new role within the school so the successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to be able to develop and shape the role.

Working Hours:

37 hours per week, term time plus 5 days (three staff training days and two exam results days)

8.15am to 4.30pm - Monday to Thursday ( with a 45-minute un-paid lunch break)

8.45am to 4.30pm - Friday ( with a 45-minute un-paid lunch break)


Administration Team Leader (Grade 7)

Full-time salary (52 weeks) From: £22,571 to: £25,927

Term-time salary (37 hrs per week/term time plus 5 days) From: £19,244 to: £22,105
