One of the fastest growing payments focused challenger banks is recruiting an Account Manager to oversee and grow a book of FI and NBFI clients. The role will cover a multitude of payments products but will have a focus on Open Banking.
The business was launched just 6 years ago and is now processing in excess of £250bn in payments annually, they have a multibillion-pound valuation and are growing across Europe, APAC and North America. Clients range from disruptive payments start-ups, enterprise merchants and tier 2 banks. Products span open banking, crypto, card acquiring, issuing, FX, international payments, lending and much more.

The role
We are ideally looking for a candidate with account management experience in open banking and or payments in general but FI or enterprise merchant is a must.

The role
- Manage & cultivate relationships understanding our client's needs, strategy and how we can support their growth
- Continuously identify new opportunities to drive additional revenue and act as a subject matter expert to clients
- Ensure high quality communication to both clients and internal stakeholders
- Create account management plans and run QBR's for key clients
- Ability to understand and collate client's business requirements and champion this internally across multiple stakeholders (including senior management)
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with various internal teams such as Product, Compliance, Legal, AML & Operations
