The Head of Communications and Marketing will lead the brand, media, digital and internal communications functions, as well as manage a wide-ranging function including brand and design, ambassadors and media

A charity that provides housing and support for young people regionally in London, Manchester, Yorkshire and the North East and also through partnerships all over the UK


- Lead the development of the brand strategy and be accountable for its implementation both within the team and by internal stakeholders.

- Lead on insight and audience led brand activation and marketing campaigns.

- Lead on the development and implementation of earned media strategy.

- Lead on the development of our ambassador and celebrity engagement strategy, including growth and relationship management.


- Developing and executing marketing and communicating strategies

- The ability to analyse and interpret brand, digital and media data to improve effectiveness

- Basic Adobe Photoshop skills

- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
