My Insurance client is looking for a Corporate Lawyer on a contract basis. As the corporate lawyer you will be;
  • Ensuring reputational exposure is manage and controlled across the business
  • Providing robust and commercial legal services including the senior stakeholders in the business
  • Promoting compliance

EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years PQE in private practice or a corporate setting within FS
  • Advisory experience on corporate matters, including M&A and company law
