You would join the growing UK branch as a digital marketing assistant to support the growth of the online store. Purpose of the role:
The Digital Marketing Manager is mainly responsible for the whole operation of the online store, required to maximise sales and further expand the online store business. In trying to achieve this challenging role, the Digital Marketing Manager is also required to focus on sales activities with an open view to various opportunities, playing an important role as a core member of staff contributing to the growth of the UK business.

Job Description:

* Maintaining and updating our E-commerce website

* Writing product descriptions to be used across all platforms

* Creating blog posts and email newsletters

* Using search engine optimisation strategies to increase brand awareness

* Researching current marketing trends

* Conduct daily sales analysis for the Online Store business and propose strategies to further drive sales and expand the business

* Estimate annual budget and monthly sales targets

* To manage shifts for online team members

* Process and shipping of Online store orders and managing customer data

* Plan and manage monthly stocktakes

* To run paid advertisements using Instagram and Google ads

* Training online staff members

* Working collaboratively with the store manager and ensure team's goals are aligned

* Essential Requirements:

* Positive and creative individual who can work collaboratively and independently

* Produce compelling marketing content to engage customers

* Knowledge and/ or experience with Social media marketing - Manage SNS platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest and google services

* Proactive individual who is confident to suggest and try new ideas

* Strong organisational skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication with an attention to detail

* Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines

* Strong understanding of digital marketing best practice, channels, and techniques to maximise performance

* Desirable:

* Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Notion
