Client Operations Executive

Evesham - onsite parking

£23,000 - £25,000 (Depending on previous experience)

My client has grown year on year, boasting an impressive twenty plus years in business. They are now at the forefront of their industry and through continued growth now seek a Client Operations Executive.

As a pivotal role within the business, the Client Operations Executive is responsible for not only providing an outstanding customer experience as the face of the business but also ensuring the smooth running of the overall back of house customer and supply operations.

Key Duties:

· Processing orders accurately and efficiently

· Regular Stock management

· Setting up new Clients on the system and maintaining the records to ensure they are kept up to date and accurate.

· Taking payments and processing credit notes

· Issuing invoices

· Arranging Stock Transfers

· Investigating into logistics issues to understand root cause and find the right solution to deliver to our clients on time

· Tracking Deliveries

· Handling pricing queries, working in tandem with the Sales Department
