Project Manager - hybrid perm role
This is a hybrid role, WFH with occasional visits to the office in either London, Bristol, Manchester or Birmingham
Reports to: PMO Director
Role purpose: To project manage a diverse range of projects across the ACACIUM group adhering to a defined project methodology and observing the governance model.
Project Delivery:
To assist with the management, co-ordination and delivery of an ever-expanding portfolio of projects. Including infrastructure upgrades, development of digital applications, launching new customer and client services, office building relocations. Projects are to be delivered by adhering to an internal process and adopting best practice methodologies.
Stakeholder Management: To be the first point of escalation and prioritisation based on the understanding of business needs.
Communication Management: Liaising with Developers, Engineers, Testers, Business Analysts and Business Stakeholders.
Project Documentation: Preparation and management of project documentation including, meeting materials, RAID logs, Business cases and Project plans.
Requirements:
A good knowledge of Project Management methodologies, such as Agile or Prince2.
Minimum 5 years' experience working as a project manager, ideally working in a sales led, high growth business with evidence of successful project delivery.
Ideally experience working in healthcare recruitment, but not essential.
