Based: Rochdale area

Salary: highly dependent on experience. Hybrid working (2 days home), bonus, BUPA healthcare and benefits

Our client is a leading manufacturing business which sit as part of a global group. Due to continuous growth, they are now looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the team. This role will sit under the Group FC taking a lead on all things finance for a large subsidiary of the business and leading a small team. The role will have a business partnering element so you must be a strong communicator with a commercial mindset

We are looking for a proven Finance Manager (qualified OR QBE) with experience within manufacturing/stock (ideal)

Role:

• Producing financial reports for senior leadership team to drive decisions
• Building strong relationships with senior managers and staff across business, influencing decision making
• Leading a team overseeing payroll, credit control and purchase ledger
• Responsible for month end and year end close, reporting to group
• Supporting with business budgeting and forecasting across subsidiary
• Management reporting and budget holder meetings monthly
• Providing financial information to board members, executives and stakeholders
• Working with wider finance team for reporting tax, audit, banks and more
• Stock reporting and costings across manufacturing site, liaising with Managers

Experience:

• Qualified OR QBE candidate considered
• Manufacturing experience (and stock) highly desirable
• Strong Manager, proven experience developing and managing a team
• Hands on, keen to progress and work in a growing business
