A Primary SEN Outreach school in Redbridge seek a special needs teacher .

Responsibilities

• Taking teaching responsibility in the morning and supporting the Special needs co-ordinator in the afternoon
• Being able to teach children at different levels
• Working with the year group leaders and members of the SLT during meetings with parents and outside agencies
• Attending staff meetings to ensure you are up to date with any changes or learning requirements

Requirements

• Have QTS or equivalent qualifications that allow you to work as a teacher in schools
• Have a desire to support children with SEND and to progress in this field
• Be able to build and develop professional relationships with both staff and parents
• Be confident with teaching methods and strategies to promote progress and development
