Crimson Tide have an exciting opportunity available for a Marketing Manager to join our team based in Tunbridge Wells. You will join us on a full-time, fixed term basis of 6 months and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
About the role:
Crimson Tide has an existing marketing team focussed on their core product mpro5. The Marketing Manager role will fit within the marketing team, but with a sole focus on the refinement, execution and measurement of the GTM and acquisition strategy for a new consumer app launch over a 6 month period. There's large scope for creativity and freedom provided that a highly data led approach is used.

About the role:
Crimson Tide has an existing marketing team focussed on their core product mpro5. The Marketing Manager role will fit within the marketing team, but with a sole focus on the refinement, execution and measurement of the GTM and acquisition strategy for a new consumer app launch over a 6 month period. There's large scope for creativity and freedom provided that a highly data led approach is used.
Responsibilities as our Marketing Manager include:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful launch of our new app
- Lead, manage and support a number of selected external agencies to deliver the launch marketing activity and set us up for future ongoing success
- Have full ownership of app acquisition and performance analytics, including ownership of our chosen MMP and regular reporting to stakeholders
- Use data to understand the performance of all marketing channels and make decisions that drive performance forward. Monitor, measure, report and refine marketing strategy accordingly during the three month launch phase to ensure budgets are being utilised effectively and the best ROI is achieved.
- Manage the social media communities from a promotional and support perspective
- Marketing activity and channels will include Paid Search, Paid and Organic Social Media, Digital Audio Advertising, In App Store Search Optimisation, SEO and others deemed to be relevant. You will need a good working knowledge of all channels and will be responsible for ensuring they are all working in an integrated fashion to ensure a strong and consistent message and brand
- Manage, update and refine the brand website and app store listings to ensure they are optimised for conversion
- Identify any further opportunities to maximise acquisition and retention of users and work with relevant resources (internal and external) to deliver these
What makes you our ideal Marketing Manager?
- Proven B2C/B2B App marketing experience
- Marketing activity and channels will include PPC, Paid and Organic Social Media, Digital Audio Advertising, In App Store Search Optimisation and SEO, so you will need a strong understanding and experience in the areas to effectively manage our chosen agency partners in their activities
- A creative and aesthetic approach to marketing collateral with high standards and excellent attention to detail
- Experience using HubSpot
- A highly data driven and analytical mindset within their decision making
- A passion for start-ups and self-driven to understand the underlying industry and trends
- Strong communications skills and an excellent commercial understanding
- Demonstrated experience with marketing Software-as-a-Service
- Knowledge of construction industry an advantage
- Experienced working at a senior level, independently.
- Demonstrated practical marketing experience.
- A background or experience working with trades (Plumbing, Building, Electricians etc) or marketing to sole traders and small businesses would be beneficial
