Are you an experienced Account Manager, Sales Engineer or Supply Chain specialist within the Industrial Engineering sector, looking for a role where you can provide on-site solutions and showcase your knowledge and expertise of products and solutions?This prominent industrial services provider is looking for someone like you to manage one of their largest corporate accounts, working on-site and closely with their engineering manager and stores team to help deliver advice / product availability and comprehensive, sustainable solutions. You will enjoy a varied role which will involve travelling to the client site 2 - 3 times a week to attend engineering meetings and liaise with their stores department regarding their on-site engineering needs. Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Process and monitor orders from start to finish
- Working with technical specialists and manufacturers to help bring engineering solutions
- Build close working relationships with the stores staff, engineering team and finance team
- Analyse stock movements and make recommendations to ensure cost savings
- Implement consignment stock
If you have a sound Sales/Account Management background within MRO, OEM, Bearings, valves, gaskets, gears, drives, industrial hoses, or similar then I'd be keen to hear from you.
