SEN - Teacher Assistant
Role: SEN Teaching AssistantGrade: Grade 3Salary: £18,887 to £20,043 (+ SEN Allowance £507) pro-rata of FTEHours: 39 weeks (32.5 hours) term time onlyStart date: 5th September 2022 or ASAP
Reed are currently working with a local special High School looking to appoint a self-motivated, self-disciplined colleague who is driven to do the best they can. We are looking for Teaching Assistants who value the success of their colleagues as much as their own and whilst setting high standards for behaviour, ensures that every pupil is treated with respect and feels included. What we need from you:• Minimum 40 days experience working with children/in a similar setting• DBS on the update service• Registered with EWC• Patient, caring approach• Passion for supporting young people inside and outside the classroom
