This is a new rolling temporary Payroll and Rewards Manager working for a global retail company in West London.
It is essential to have experience with EMEA payroll experience for this role.
My client is a growing retail company who are based in West London.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll and Rewards Manager to join their busy finance team on an interim basis with an opportunity to become permanent.
Manage, acquire and process relevant data globally
Ensure that year-end reward, salary review and sales incentives scheme operate effectively
Be the in-house expert on the system, design, reporting, work flows and analysis
Own the benefits portal and look to further streamline processes (HRIS system and Benefex)
Own the UK and global annual benefits renewal process
Manage global sales incentive using data analysis
Manage the salary levelling and bench marking for the company
Maintain the company Reward and Payroll Manual
Manage and develop the company Global Payroll and Rewards Advisor
Experience with EMEA is essential

Organised and accurate in the work they carry out
Excel expert and confident with smart sheet
Changes are communicated clearly to a business
Global experience is essential (APAC is preferred)
Confident in managing ex-pat packages
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of Payroll procedures and policies
Knowledge of Cascade beneficial
