Do you want to make a difference in the lives of young people?

Teaching Personnel are working alongside various Local Authorities and SEN Teams in the surrounding areas to help provide intervention support to children and young people. Majority of students that we support may struggle with various challenges, including; Special educational needs, Social emotional and mental health, challenging behaviour and may be looked after children. We are looking for a wide range of educational specialists from tutors to art therapists to sports coaches.

Our educators are expected to work 1-1 with the students to build a relationship with the student and help plan a scheme of intervention that is tailored to the needs and learning style of the student. This intervention can be to help bridge gapes in their learning, therapeutic art sessions to provide a platform for the students to express themselves or the use of sports to access education, social skills and fitness.

Ideal Candidates
  • Experienced teachers, tutors or 1-1 TA's
  • Art, play and drama therapists
  • Sports Coaches
  • Experienced mentors
  • Graduates

Regardless of your availability, we would like to hear from you as we have both part time and full-time hours available, as we work with several schools across the local authority so many opportunities are available. Do not worry if you are registered with another agency as you can be multi-registered.
