In house Commercial Property Solicitor

In this position you will support the company's Legal Counsel to provide legal advice on diverse commercial property legal matters including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold work, landlord and tenant, portfolio management and development work.Candidates will need to be flexible and prepared to work in a wide-ranging role. They will also need to be able to contribute to the larger business on legal matters, risk assessment and sector changes as well as offering day-to-day commercial property advice.In-house experience is desirable, but the company will also consider private practice solicitors with strong commercial awareness.
