Our client is a leading global Private Bank seeking a digital marketing/admin assistant for 3-6 months. Working in the Global Digital Marketing team based in Canary Wharf (in office 2-3 times per week), this role will help support the digital marketing team's day-to-day activities.

The role will primarily consist of the following responsibilities:
  • Processing invoices
  • Setting up new suppliers for payments
  • Platform administration (adding and removing entitlements/licenses)
  • Coordinating any physical shipping/postage
  • Booking rooms for meetings
  • Co-ordinating availability for meetings
  • Collating materials for presentations
  • Sending social posts for approval and saving/archiving approval emails
  • Monthly reporting of social media followers / growth
  • Updating email lists
  • Management of enquiries mailbox and spreadsheets
  • Basic website tasks - uploading / replacing PDFs / tweaks to webpages
  • Briefing Intranet updates
  • Other admin tasks as required

Full training will be provided for the above.

Highly desirable skills & experience:
  • Financial Services Experience
  • Basic understanding of the functions of a digital marketing team
  • Any website content entry experience
