Finance assistant

Accountable recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Finance assistant to join a growing company based in Liverpool city centre.

This role seeks and ambitious candidate eager to pick up and learn new skills and offers further progression in the future!

Salary: £18,000-£21,000

Study support available!Key duties:

• Preparing sales invoices
• Raising credit notes
• Processing Purchase Invoices
• Processing bank payments and receipts
• Bank reconciliations
• Improve procedures to reduce errors in sales invoicing
• Support the credit control function

This role will also give someone the chance to get involved in posting journals, balance sheet reconciliations and accruals.

Candidates must be:

• Finance Graduate/AAT studier
• Good communicator
• Fantastic time management/organisational skills
• Ability to take ownership of tasks
• Knowledge of Excel.
