Hours & Shift Patterns: This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. No Sundays, nights and no bank holidays. What you will do as a Theatre Team Leader - Scrub (RGN/ODP): - Provide visible clinical, professional, and managerial leadership to the scrub team, promoting a positive approach and cohesive teamwork. - You will be responsible for the preparation of operating theatres & suites, ensuring all necessary and emergency equipment is available and in working order. - You will be HCPC / NMC registered with demonstrable theatre scrub experience.
