Job title: Executive AssistantLocation: Canary Wharf, London Daily rate: £174 PAYE + holidays Duration: 3 months rolling contract
5 days a week in the office
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA/ Executive PA to support multiple Directors and their team within a prestigious Financial Services organisation based in London.
Key responsibilities
* Professional client handling and relationship building with all clients, Senior Management and cover groups* Full competency in diary management, can apply good judgement and has an understanding of competing priorities* Experience of effectively arranging travel, production of accurate itineraries, able to navigate systems well and apply good judgement on how to optimise travellers time* Can demonstrate pro-activity and ownership within a role* Awareness of expense arena, expense systems and cost control initiatives e.g. can champion expense policy, process expenses in a timely manner and reconcile accounts accurately* Can follow up without prompting and keep 1 step ahead of arrangement and requirements, displays good use of initiative and follow through to completion
Successful candidate Experience working in a similar Senior PA/ EA role Working either within international corporate organisations - technology, telecommunications, or in Investment banking, Financial Services, Banking or similar Strong administration and coordination skillsComplex diary management and domestic and international travel arrangement experience Able to take initiative and work independently on projects, to devise own methods, approach and procedures in fulfilling assignments Must be highly organised and proficient in multitasking.Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, organisation and time management.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Ability to build effective cross-group working relationshipsAbility to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a "can-do" attitude.Polished, professional approach, calm and composed manner, ability to work in a pressured environment and partner effectively with peers.Is flexible, willing and open to changeExcellent IT systems knowledge and experience If you are interested in becoming part of this growing success story please submit your CV now to be considered for the
