Junior Account Manager - Job Description
Uptime Solutions provides a range of products and services to assist MSPs to delivery phenomenal managed services. Our company offers a range of technical services including helpdesk, NOC, SOC and project delivery services to enable MSPs to outsource any part of their technical delivery that they might be experiencing issues with, all with communication and the best customer experience at the heart of everything we do.
Everything we do for our partners is white labelled so we act as the partners brand whenever we answer the phone or respond to email, even when we attend customer site!
You will be apart of the organizations account management team, providing day to day assistance and support to existing customers.
The junior account management role is crucial to ensuring our partners have a point of contact should they need/want assistance from us. As a representative of the organization, your goal is to create profitable long-term relationships with our clients that promote success for both sides. From time to time this may include traveling to events/customers throughout the UK or rarely overseas.
The goal of the Junior Account Manager is to be available and responsive to our partners requirements, as well as pulling together relevant roles in the organization to address/fix issues that may arise.
Overall responsibility for Junior Account Manager:
Ensuring that all customer communication is done in a customer centric manner
Provide support to customers in a responsive and timely manner
Communicate at regular intervals to the customer
Following process/SOP documents
Demonstrate the company core values
Suggest new products and services to partners as applicable or suitable
Build rapport with clients/customers
Excellent social and communication skills
Able to remain organized and focused when faced with multiple problems
Understanding of Outlook and organisational skills at a basic level
