Role of Business Travel Team Manager:

* Manage and develop a team of business travel consultants

* Resolve any escalations quickly, ensuring client satisfaction

* Drive operational service, ensuring agreed SLAs are adhered to by the business travel team

* Lead by example, motivating and inspiring the team

Skills required for the role:

* Previous team leader / managerial experience gained within the business travel sector

* Motivational and inspirational leader

* Fully proficient on a GDS

* Customer focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Experience of managing a remote based team would be an advantage
