EUC Analyst

6 Month Contract (Hybrid, 1-2 onsite in Bradford)

£300 - £400 Per Day Inside IR35

Fruition IT are recruiting for a EUC Analyst for a Financial Services business looking to build their team with fresh talent! This is a great opportunity to develop your skills as the company is going through a huge transformation project within the Cloud space.

What you will be doing

To proactively support and maintain the end user computing experience for all users by ensuring the timely deployment and support of all end user devices including mobile/desktop device hardware, software builds and installations.
You will also be responsible for the provision and maintenance of user credentials and email services.
Incident, Service Request, Change and Problem Record logging, investigation, resolution, escalation, monitoring and closure, in line with SLA and relevant policies. 3rd party Vendor communication
Access Management specifically Starters, Movers and Leavers
Engage and maintain effective root cause analysis for appropriate incident and problem cases, making and documenting recommendations and solutions.
Have an ability to prioritise different types of incidents and service impacting faults in accordance with the associated impact on end users, customers and production services.
Assist in your particular areas of technical specialism, and show flexibility to support the wider team as part of a
service orientated structure.
Performing fault diagnostics to provide 1st/2nd point resolution for any customer issues, escalating to 3rd line teams when a fault cannot be resolved.What they are looking for

Strong level of Intune experience.
Good level of knowledge Windows 10, Office 365
Technical knowledge and understanding with Azure would be a bonus.
Previous IT Support experience working in a smaller, hands-on team. Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
General Tech stack including: Active Directory, Office 365, Windows
Hands-on experience with hardware decides such as Printers, Laptops and Scanners.
A Can-Do attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication and organisation skills
