Teaching Personnel is currently facing a shortage of teaching assistants.

Can you help us give these children the help they deserve?

Teaching Personnel Liverpool works with highly rated schools in multiple areas. This role is in a highly rated South Liverpool school. You will need to be available 5 days a week and be passionate about helping young people grow in education. Ideally, you will have experience working with children, but most importantly you will need to have a caring personality and be able to think on your feet. As a Teaching Assistant you will support pupils in the classroom, either as a general classroom assistant or specifically working on one-to-one or small group.

  • Experience working with children
  • Reputable references
  • Willing to apply for Child Workforce DBS
  • Strong classroom behaviour management skills
  • Offer emotional support to children who are struggling during COVID
  • Demonstrates a personal commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and rights of young people
  • Implement the aims, policies and stated ethos of the school
  • Inspire creativity in lessons and play
  • Sense of humour, good listener, positive outlook
