This is a temporary, band 7, NHS eRoster Implementation Consultant role, to start as soon as possible. The role is based on-site in Central London and flexibility to travel to multiple sites will be needed. A high level of ESR knowledge and project methodology is essential for this role.

Description

The key responsibilities for the NHS eRoster Implementation Consultant are:

The postholder will be expected to implement the new eRosteirng solution to a number of teams throughout the Trust and then train each team in the correct use of the system.

Implement the new rostering system into their designated teams
Develop and deliver training to large groups and teams based on their specific needs
Act as a first line support for systems users, providing advice, guidance and resolving issues
Act as the trusts technical subject matter expert on allocated systems
Maintain the systems database as required
Support the Implementation manager with accurate reporting on the roll out of the solution, identifying any risks and / or issues with the roll out plan
Provide analysis and reports, particularly Key Performance Indicators in all areas of responsibility
Translate highly complex technical issues into easily accessible information for a range of stakeholders
Present complex information to a large audience including the provision of systems trainingPLEASE NOTE ROLE IS TEMPORARY FOR AN IMMEDIATE START.

Profile

The successful postholder for the NHS eRoster Implementation Consultant will have:

Extensive ESR knowledge
Knowledge of working with rostering software in the NHS
Previous use of Allocate software
IT Systems and solutions knowledge
Previously worked on implementation projects, with a solid track record of project delivery
Able to deliver training to groups and individuals
Able to carry out audits and surveys within a systemPLEASE NOTE ROLE IS TEMPORARY FOR AN IMMEDIATE START.
