The Role
Talbots Law are looking for experienced leaders in Conveyancing wider Residential Property Department. Our Team Managers are responsible for leading a team of Lawyers, Paralegals and Administrators and this role will be responsible for managing the panel-referred Remortgage transactions.
Our Team Managers have a reduced caseload to facilitate their team leadership responsibilities. They are responsible for supervising, training and coaching team members and assisting with their individual career progression.
Key responsibilities include:
The Person
The successful candidate will have management and leadership abilities from a previous role and prior experience working in a busy Residential Conveyancing team. They will have a good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within a law firm, have excellent communication skills, strong IT ability and the ability to work under pressure.

- Monitoring and reviewing workflow and caseloads
- Developing the culture of delivering exceptional service to clients
- Signing-off any applicable files
