We're looking for an organised and personable Client Relationship Manager to join our Technology and Data Protection team to ensure smooth operations for our legal advisers and the best possible service for their clients.
- Onboarding clients in line with our onboarding process and regulatory requirements
- Managing team capacity, workloads and deadlines
- Assisting with sales and business development initiatives
- Improving client relationships, including response times, reliable administrative support and providing timely cost expectations
- Providing legal support, including: meeting minutes, formatting, research etc.
- Updating our CRM
- Supporting our billing process
We're looking for someone who embodies our values (also know to us as flockgoals). This requires an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, who's proactive and open-minded. Experience in this role (or similar), is not essential, we just want to find somebody who's willing to get stuck in and help us innovate our legal services offering. This role may suit someone who has previously worked as a PA or executive assistant and is looking for a new challenge, or someone with experience in customer services.
This is a newly created role, offering an exciting opportunity for someone to come in and make it their own. We love creativity and doing things differently so we're open to ideas on further scoping of the role enabling us to support our business strategy to its full potential.

You'd be working with our Tech & DP and Emerging Technologies teams, headed up by Director Alison and Associate Directors; Anna Przewoznik, Gareth Malna and Will Foulkes.
The teams support a variety of businesses with a whole host of requirements including Commercial Technology, Data Protection, Fintech, Blockchain and FinRegs. One size does not fit all and our clients are all serviced differently. We offer a variety of subscription packages and cost arrangements which requires our team to be flexible and confident in prioritisation - without letting our service standards slip!
With an increase for demand in our services, we're hiring a Client Relationship Manager so that we can continue to facilitate long-standing relationships, offering the best possible client experience.
