We're looking for an analytical, innovative, and data-driven Performance Marketer to drive our digital marketing strategy. As Performance Marketing Manager you will strategize and execute all performance marketing activities reporting into the Director of Brand. You'll be part of an agile marketing team, with a start-up mindset, that includes communications, brand, and design experts. You will work closely across the different functions of the organisation too, liaising closely with commercial, data, technology, and systems teams to glean insights to make better marketing decisions.

You will manage our performance marketing agency to ensure we are making the right decisions in line with business plan. You will develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be in charge a digital marketing strategies and tactics that supports our overarching business goals resulting in acquisition, retention, and loyalty of customers. Ultimately, as Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for taking Way of Life into the next stage of growth.

  • Lead paid ads strategy and execution with the aim to hit monthly KPIs.
  • Define and analyse metrices to assess and improve digital marketing performance.
  • Responsible for overseeing all paid ad channels including third party platforms such as Rightmove and Zoopla with the support of our performance marketing agency.
  • Manage digital marketing activity with the support of a performance marketing agency - SEO, SEM, PPC, newsletter marketing, database management.
  • Liaise between key stakeholders on marketing performance for all of our buildings within our portfolio.
  • Manage relationships with third party platform account managers - Rightmove, Zoopla, Homeviews.
  • Report on marketing performance for monthly building board reports and quarterly board reports.
  • Works with our content marketing specialist on paid ad content creation.
  • Work with Systems & Technology Team on systems development, dashboards, and website development.
  • Analyse end-to-end consumer experience across different digital channels.

  • Strong numerical skills and analytics skills.
  • 2 years minimum of paid media experience.
  • An analytical, data-driven mindset.
  • Analytical problem solver, with a talent for interpreting data, discovering useful insights using these to improve campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, with an understanding of how brand and performance marketing should work together.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with an ability to turn data and insights into engaging information for the rest of the business.
  • Demonstrable experience in performance / growth / digital marketing in a high-paced environment.
  • Confident in managing own schedule.
  • Excellent at project management and managing-up.
  • Experience in writing board reports on marketing performance in concise business English.
  • Exceptional understanding of data management, pre and post-campaign.
  • You are innovative and have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.
  • You know how to optimize landing pages and user funnels.
  • You have a solid knowledge of GA analytics tools.
  • Preferably you have experience in Hubspot.
