The Background

We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join a leading London university on a contract basis to join their Change and Improvement department. Please note this is a hybrid working role that will be on site 2 days a week in Central London.

The Role

As a Project Manager you will ensure robust management and delivery of individual projects that are part of a larger framework. This will include confirming the project objectives, agreeing project scope and working with the wider team to define and secure project resource requirements. You will manage the end to end project life-cycle, working in a collaborative manor across the organisation and ensuring the project is delivered on time and to the agreed quality and resource expectations. You will also provide regular progress update reports and reporting as required by the Directorate and Programme team

To be a successful Project Manager you will have:
  • Previous experience in a similar role managing full life-cycle complex change projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques such as Agile and Prince 2
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
