We have a vacant position for the post of a Finance Assistant/Payroll Assistant to fill. The role is primarily a finance role but will be assisting the payroll officer. Payroll experience is very important. More so, payroll experience in a school will be an advantage. This is an on-going temporary position. Starting Monday 6th of June. Pay £12 - £15ph. You will be working between two sites near Hackney Downs Monday - Friday 8:45 - 16:45 or 9-17:00 with a 30min break.
Payroll responsibility is about 1 to 1 ½ day a week, remaining time will be for finance role. Duties below are indication of what will be done and not a complete list of duties successful candidate will be required to do.
Bank reconciliation Invoice and staff expenses posting Paying supplier Sending dully approved purchase orders to suppliers Liaising with suppliers and budget holders with a view to resolving queries Downloading/reconciling and posting credit card statement once relevant invoices are collatedPayroll responsibilities:
