Are you a bit of an oracle with Oracle? Do you enjoy supporting your finance colleagues and teaching them all thing process related? Would you be interested in developing a career in training?

Even you're not an expert, we are looking for a driven and self motivated individual to collaborate with those in the know to build systems training solutions. Developing a strong understanding of process chains so you can break down that technical jargon and communicate to an audience in a language can be understood by all. These training sessions will be delivered both virtually and on site with our clients to help them modernise and transform how they work.

Following recent investment in to reshaping the service we deliver to our clients, this a phenomenal opportunity to join our Client Performance Training team to support with upcoming projects. After consulting with our subject matter experts you and the team will design, develop and deliver systems and process training to our NHS clients.

This role is predominantly home based but regular travel to base location either NHS SBS office in Leeds or Bristol, will be expected. There will also be the requirement to complete extended overnight stays in locations our clients are based to get them best prepared for launch and be on hand for post implementation support.

What you'll be doing:
  • Designing and delivering custom and innovative systems process training solutions
  • Collaborating with partners and SMEs to understand the business processes, operational procedures and supporting Oracle Financial Application systems to develop effective learning objectives
  • Consulting on the best delivery methods for training
  • Compile comprehensive and engaging training material that is up to date and 'fit for purpose'
  • Building and maintaining client relationships throughout the projects
  • Liaise closely with interested parties to resolve issues that affect scope, quality or timescales on project delivery

What you'll bring:
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
  • A creative mind and an eye for detail
  • Solid understanding of MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint Word and Excel
  • Experience of client management
  • Effective time management and organisational skills

It would be great if you had:
  • Previous experience of mentoring/ coaching or delivering training
