Interim Finance Business Partner

Resourcery Group are working with a FMCG company who are looking to bring on board an experienced Finance Business Partner for their North West site. This is a 3-6 month assignment whilst they on board a permanent solution therefore there is a potential for it to become temp-to-perm for the right candidate. This is a key role for the site as you will be supporting senior operational management and reporting through to Group.

The senior finance business partner role:

• Take responsibility for the production of site management accounts, costings, site performance and MI data, operational KPI's and internal reporting
• Business partnering with the Production, Logistics, Procurement, Commercial & Sales teams
• Communicating the weekly flash reports to the broader business to provide better insight into the numbers for commercial decision making
• Site budgeting & forecasting
• Deliver robust costings and margin analysis, customer pricings etc.
• Master data control
• Provide audit ready information
• Operational reporting

The ideal candidate:

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified accountant or QBE
• Have prior manufacturing/FMCG/Engineering sector background
• Have experience of working with ERP systems
• Be experienced in communicating detailed financial information to a non-finance audience
• Have knowledge in different price matrices
• Have prior experience of operational and commercial engagement
• Be able to prioritise deadline delivery
