We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversea the cleaning team in a fabulous school in North West London.

You will be responsible for: -

• Supervising a team of cleaners across two sites (lower and upper school)• Allocation of work and rotas• Monitoring staff performance and ensuring a high level of cleaning is maintained• Keeping records of stock levels and placing orders for replenishments• Arranging cover for absences• Ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to• Maintaining relevant records

The successful candidate will need to be prepared to alter their working arrangements to meet the business needs as and when required.

Excellent organisational skills and a flexible working attitude are both essential.

Excellent communication, time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure are also essential for the role.

Monday - Friday (term time only)

Hours: 15.15pm - 18.15pm
