This E&I Engineering Manager will be based at the Rocksavage site. The role will be on an interim basis for circa 12 months to support the existing incumbent and team. The successful E&I Engineering Manager will be managing a settled and experienced team with 4 direct reports and 5-8 indirect reports.
Responsibilities of the E&I Engineering Manager:
Most senior Electrical & Instrumentation specialist within the UK business unit and interim leader of an established and competent Electrical and Instrumentation team.
Working on a top-tier COMAH manufacturing site with pharma GMP Operations.
Full responsibility for all aspects of Electrical and Instrumentation related to reliability, asset integrity and process safety management.
Working closely with the Mechanical RME other senior stakeholders to collaboratively translate business objectives into tactical plans and to support in their delivery.To be successful in this position as E&I Engineering Manager we are ideally looking for a candidate holding 10 years of experience within the chemicals or petrochemicals manufacturing sector. The role will require 5 years experience working in a senior Electrical & Instrumentation role holding line management responsibility. A degree within Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation or related is required to take on the role of E&I Engineering Manager.
