I am currently recruiting for a Technical Services Manager to cover large health related contract in Tameside. Managing a team of engineers, you will be in charge of the ppm and reactive maintenance covering all assets of the building.
You will be site based and will support the engineers in their role and ensure KPI's are hit and the work done within SLA's.
Duties of the role include:
Responsible for Electrical ppm and reactive maintenance across the sites
Ensuring KPI's and SLA's are hit
Manage the maintenance team workload and call out rota
Manage specialist subcontractors
Ensure Compliance through planned audits, inspections and testing of sites and accurate records are kept for this.
Carry our reviews with the engineers and manage their career progression and training.
Work with the onsite client to make sure they're happy with the service provided
Ensure the CAFM system is managed and kept up to date which will enable accurate KPI reporting
Identifying opportunities for innovation and organic account growth.
Meet with client and auditors as necessary, and attend meetings ensuring all agreed actions completed
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and experience:
From a technical background - mechanical or electrical with relevant qualifications.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage maintenance and lifecycle KPI's
Able to identify and rectify issues
Strong man-management and engagement skills
