The Accounts Payable team leader is responsible for the processing of all EMEA invoices; working with the EMEA associate to ensure timely processing. Leading communication between the MBS teams and EMEA AP, duties include Payment Run preparation, resolving ageing invoices and Direct Debit reconciliation.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Review and approve EMEA invoices on a daily basis
Ensure the EMEA queue is cleared down daily
Work closely with the EMEA accounts payable associate
Monitor and respond to all EMEA AP emails daily
Weekly payment run preparation
Check all expenses are loaded into Oracle correctly
Supplier/vendor statement reconciliationsProfile

The successful candidate will:

Have excellent teamwork skills
Be able to meet deadlines
Possess 3+ years experience in APJob Offer
