An exciting SENco role is now live at a leading Westminster School for September! Do you hold the NASENCo Award and have prior experience in UK-based schools? SANZA are working with a superb Westminster School, famed for their Outstanding School, who seek to add a high-calibre, proven SENCo to their team.
As the new SENCo here, you'll be expected to lead EHCPs and work closely with your Support Staff and SEN Team in order to provide the best possible support and outcomes for this schools SEN cohort.
Liaise with parents, encourage a safe, interactive, positive learning space, and go above and beyond to implement your SEN knowledge in to the wider team.
Westminster - Creative and stimulus curriculum - 2 form of entry - Small classes of up to 25 pupils (some classes 21)
School follow a stimulus creative curriculum, teachers go by their given name and planning is heavily supported They are a great school in Westminster, the feedback from their current staff is extremely positive. The children's behaviour is exceptional (some general challenges in KS2 as normal). They are two form entry -Primary School, located in the beautiful location of St Johns Wood. They are a fun, creative and rewarding environment to work in! Throughout the curriculum Primary teachers promote SMSC aspects of life and promote British Values, such as: democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs.
