PURPOSE OF JOB:

This role involves the responsibility for the management of a portfolio of Employee Assistance Programmes and Wellbeing Services for new and existing corporate clients based in the Europe region.The portfolio requires effective remote management with key customer contacts/stakeholders, partners & providers globally. Main areas of responsibilitiesinclude client retention and customer experience,client risk management, growth of theportfolio, administration, and financial management of allocated accounts.

Primary Responsibilities include:

Client Retention

Management of a portfolio of Europebased corporate clients, includingprogramme launches and ongoing programme management

Ensuring excellent customer service and outstanding customerexperience

Effective liaison with various departments in the delivery of services to portfolio of clients

Effective liaison with global network of providers to ensure local account managementof the highest standard

The use of data to demonstrate the impact and value of programmes through effective delivery of reports

Risk Management

Effective identification and mitigation of risk using effective relationship management and strategic interventions to convert risk to opportunities wherepossible

Growth of Portfolio

Expanding existing client portfolio by identifying and initiating commercial opportunities for adding territories, headcounts and/or additional services

Administration & Financial Management of Account

Effective an accurate maintenance of client information on relevant syste

Effective collaboration with the Finance teams to ensure timeous invoicing andassistance with tracking of debtors

BACKGROUND/

EXPERIENCE

Suitable qualification in business or similar - a formal degree is desirable but not formally required.

More than 5 years of client services work experience within an EAP setting essential. Experience of working internationally a distinct advantage.

TECHNICAL/INDUSTRY SPECIFIC

Extensive client services experience and expertise, preferably in an international environment

Has thorough knowledge andthorough understanding of EAP including commercial underpinnings of such programmes

Strong project managements skills to deal with complex projects under time pressure

Solidexperience in workingwith data and programme reporting

Excellent presentation skills

Excellent administrative skills

Excellent telephoneand online manner

Excellent English speaking and writing abilities

Computer literate
