We are looking for a full time Exams Account Manager to join our already existing team to work out of our busy Dinnington Office.

Job Description:

We are looking for someone to join our team who can provide great customer service, who also has the ability to meet the needs of clients who need assistance via phone, email, live chat or instant message.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for the invigilation of exam candidates who will be sitting a range of examinations on the exams locked down platform.

Main duties and responsibilities:

* Prioritise and process customer exam bookings and requests submitted by telephone, email, live chat or instant message

* Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records

* Keep confidential records in accordance with the GDPR policy

* Use our custom-made platform to deliver great customer service

* Liaise with candidates and centres to arrange examinations and sittings

* Work as part of the sales team to drive a positive company sales result

* Help customers with the installation of the EDExams application

* Check examination availability for customer sittings

* Deliver exam results to candidates

* Brief candidates, centre staff, parents and carers on examination regulations and requirements

* Contribute to the creation, review and updates of exam-related policies as required by centres, awarding bodies and industry standards

* Effectively manage the conduct of examinations

* Manage unexpected issues, irregularities and problems which may affect the conduct of examinations

* Support in investigating and reporting cases of suspected or actual malpractice in connection with an examination to management and relevant bodies

* Maintain the confidentiality and security of candidates' responses

Person Specification:

* Must be eligible for an Enhanced DBS check

* Have 2 years' experience providing excellent customer service

* Must have GCSE in English and maths grade C or above (or equivalent)

* Ideally hold a customer service qualification at level 2 or above

* Be competent at using basic ICT software

* Strong communication skills

* Resilient and able to manage conflict

* Must be professional at all times and be capable of leasing with people on all levels

* Be able to organise and prioritise using your own initiative

* Be willing to compete annual CPD and any training necessary
