Spencer Clarke Group are working in partnership with Nottinghamshire County Council to assist with the appointment of an experienced EHC Plan Writer.

We are eager to speak to experienced EHC Plan writers who have worked in a local authority setting and can write outstanding ECHP's.

Due to the nature of the work, we can only consider applicants who have worked as an EHC Plan Writer or Case officer in previous roles.

Contract Details

Pay Scale - 270 per day.

Location - Fully Remote Working Role for the duration of the contract.

Contract Length - 3-6 month rolling contract highly likely extended on an ongoing basis.

Duties will include:

Work Closely with assessment officer on the development and production of EHC Plans, including attending multi-agency meetings, when appropriate.
Collate all relevant information from families, professionals, and support services in relation to individual CYP to populate their EHC Plan.
Contribute to the development of best practice and procedures relating to education, health and care plan writing
Analyse and critically determining what can be written in an EHC Plan, with a focus on CYP's aspirations and how these are translate into outcomes.
Aspire to co-produce EHC Plans with CYP & families wherever possible.
